I’ve been going to Helen’s antenatal/pregnancy body & mind sessions on a weekly basis since early pregnancy to prepare myself for labour and birth, incorporating mat and Swiss ball-based exercises and also lovely mindfulness sessions at the end of the classes. The information shared in the classes is invaluable and has made me so much more confident as a first time mum in terms of what to expect and empowering me to believe in what my body is capable of! Helen is so friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to the classes every week. It’s also so nice to meet other mums to be and have a nice chat and a bit of a giggle
Highly recommend Helen at HS Therapy. I've had a few sessions now covering the physio side to relaxation massages. I trust Helens knowledge & she makes you feel very comfortable especially as a new mum, within the treatment & follow on advice. Thanks again, can't wait for my next session 😊
Helen has seen my daughter from just a few months old, now 2.5. We wouldn’t go to any other therapist, they know each other so well and she’s always pushing her and working with her cerebral palsy. Helen is calm yet ensures my daughter doesn’t get away with anything! Fabulous service highly recommend x
I messaged Helen for a consultation for an ongoing issue with my ankle. She was able to book me in within a few days. I received a very warm welcome and she was quick to put me at ease. She took a thorough history and then assessed my ankle and was able to diagnose what the issue was quickly. I was treated and given exercises to continue with at home. Very happy with the care and advice I received and would absolutely recommend. Thankyou so much.
I have been seeing Helen since she first began with HSTherapy for chronic back pain and fibromyalgia. I had been seeing a chiropractor for a few years but realised it wasn't doing anything for me. Helen listened to me about what I needed and provided the treatment that was best for me. I see her regularly as her help keeps me more mobile than I otherwise would be. I have to say that we also laugh a lot during the sessions. Thank you Helen. X
