Pre booked taxi days before and after waiting 15 contacted them to ask where it was they didn’t have any drivers and would put us on priority. Still no taxi so cancelled and used another service who were here in 10 minutes as stated. In all we were 30 minutes late for our table booking. Absolutely disgusted in the taxi service and have taken their number out of our phones. Will never use again.

Taking bookings without allocating drivers seems to be the current trend but when it's to collect a child from school, it's unacceptable. And "there's no cars in your area" isn't an acceptable excuse when it's booked in advance.

Absolutely fuming, I booked a taxi 24 hours in advance for coach connection. No show, as no drivers...apparently it was too early for the drivers. Why accept bookings if they can't honour it. Totally unacceptable and I will never use again
