Absolute joke service from this place, took my run around for its MOT on Monday, and absolutely fair enough they found some big issues with the brakes and pads front and rear (to varying degrees) took the certificate to my local garage (much closer to home than the MOT centre, at this point nothing personal as the service to this point was fine). Spent a decent chunk of money having all of the MOT faults totally repaired, took back for the retest 3 days later, to be told it was being failed on 2 totally different major things!! Which were never even mentioned on my initial test. Wasn't given my retest print out (guy just walked away back into the garage), and upon checking the DVLA website to see the NEW fail points, they hadn't even removed the old ones from the original test, so it now looks like not only have I not had the original faults repaired (which have been done with receipts to prove so) there is now more wrong with the car. Had i know these new faults were even there after the initial test, I would just have had them repaired at the same time as all my other bits. Total disgrace of a service, complaint filed with DVSA, if I could give 0🌟 i absolutely would!!

Great service. Took my Scirocco in with an issue, the lads gave it a proper check over and explained my options clearly. In the end no work was needed, and they didn’t charge me for the inspection which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to get my servicing and MOT done here.

Be very aware, it has only come to light a year after they did my MOT and repairs that they charged me for things that were never actually done! The car has hardly moved in the last year and some of the exact same things have been highlighted on the 2025 MOT! Charged for tyres that were never replaced and another minor fault that was never resolved- simply took the money and ticked it off on the system! What a fool I was taking their advice in good faith.

Had front wheels tracked and ended up leaving with my steering wheel off centre. Went back couple days later, explained I wanted it fixing, blokes told me they’d tried their best but not much more they could do and they couldn’t get it straight? Then mentioned it could be something else with my back wheels or steering rod? Couldn’t understand what they were getting at seen as the guy had a mouth full of his chocolate bar. Took my car to my regular mechanic and he told me straight away that my drivers side wheel was miles out of line, and it needed tracking again. Not worth wasting my time to come down for a 3rd time and try get my £35 back. Would’ve stayed with my usual had he done tracking.
