Hands down my number one shop. Amazing choices. Best place for what I want. Very clean and tidy and amazing staff welcome. JD Sports always has and always will be my number 1 shop for clothes👍

This store is amazing and has all your clothing needs ready and waiting. Trainers are amazing and they have a wide range to fit everyone under one roof. The place is kept clean and tidy by some of the friendliest staff that one could wish for. Very helpful and insightful and will help you get what you are looking for. They always have some kind of deal on and all the latest is stocked well. I fully endorse this business. The staff was very friendly. Disabled access is available Child friendly.

On entering the store (in my wheelchair) Ruby asked if she could help. I told her I needed Mens L shorts. She didn't leave my side until we had got the product we needed. She was amazing would highly recommend this store. I was greatly pleased with range of products, styles colours etc. Ruby deserves a pay rise. Her customer service is second to none. Amazing young lady.

Really need to train staff working on tills how to fold clothes .I spent over £200 today on tracksuits which was rolled into a ball and pushed into a bag ,i made a comment about his folding skills to which he replied my mum folds mine .Not really the response i wanted .Stood a while to be served until a customer in front of me asked if anyone else was serving .Not the best service to be honest

Absolute top class customer service from Ellie (Store Manager) at JD Sports (Barnsley) today when I visited the store twice, once without my original receipt and then with it. Ellie had already processed the initial inspection slip after my first visit and then had to update it following my return visit with my original receipt. I appreciated the patience and understanding demonstrated by Eliie, particularly as she'd just finished dealing with an abrasive / rude customer immediately prior to dealing with me. Thank you for making me feel valued.
