Awful attitude from the old woman at the front desk with short grey hair, extremely rude and sarcastic, needs a sack, absolutely miserable and clearly not the right person for the job. Needs to cheer up.

Disappointing experience at BP Petrol station, The cashier, unfortunately, exhibited a notably bad attitude. Her demeanor was rude when I asked for items, and she seemed uninterested in providing assistance. Moreover, the hot food machines were not operational, with the cashier explaining that she hadn't loaded the food yet. This lack of preparedness added to the overall dissatisfaction with the service. Improved customer service and better maintenance of equipment are crucial for a positive experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

So this Moto ran truckstop cafe charged me £5.65 for this chip cob and a coffee! Didn't have any ketchup or brown sauce because they want an extra 25p for a little packet! HGV parking is also quite expensive, the heating in the café appears to not work and the fuel is expensive. Pretty rubbish is being polite

Its very good location to rest and some refreshing while journey. Free Parking at any time. Washroom service available on steps and very clean and tidy. Fuel ⛽️ cost lil bit high as compared to others.

Poor parking @ £13.50. Limited shop choices. Not offered or asked if would like hot food.
