The spa space itself was stunning — cozy seating, fairy lights, calming blue lighting, and a private steam/shower area that felt luxurious and serene. Every detail was clearly designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The staff were absolutely amazing: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Nothing felt rushed and everything was done with such care. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed and would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

I was lucky enough to be treated to a Japanese Head Spa at The Powder Room for Christmas and this was my first visit to the salon. From the moment I arrived, I received such a friendly welcome and was immediately put at ease. This place is a beautiful hidden gem with so much to offer. Every product smelt amazing, and the water was the perfect temperature throughout. It was such a unique treatment and left me feeling completely relaxed. It was an absolutely wonderful experience that I can’t recommend enough.

The best massage salon in Leeds! I have just had a Lomi fusion massage with Laura and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk into the place, the music, the dim lights, and the electric blanket help you to relax and get ready for an incredible massage. Both Laura and Natalie were lovely and very welcoming. Thank you ladies. Can't wait to book again with you!

Myself and a friend had the pleasure of experiencing the winter spa package today and what a treat it was. Such a relaxing, cozy, zen atmosphere from the moment you enter. I chose to have the facial as I usually go with back massage, and so glad I did. The most relaxing, amazing treatment I’ve ever had! It was just beautiful. My face, neck, chest, arms, fingers and head, felt brand new! Both ladies were super attentive and made our experience perfect! everything my body needed right now! So thank you for that. I will be back for sure

I love this place, everytime my fiancée comes home from here she is absolutely buzzing. She says the staff are the best in the business, attentive, passionate and professional. She always has a laugh with them and the other clients who are there. The massages are out of this world relaxing and the facials make her skin glow, even a guy like me can see the difference. It's a little slice of paradise in the middle of a grey northern town. Absolutely worth every minute she spends there, and because it makes her feel happy, it makes me feel happy.
