DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS - CON MEN!!! Bought a car from here, worst experience I've ever had. Car looked absolutely fine but they only allowed a very short test drive (about 700m) which made me worry, but it seemed fine so I ignored my gut instinct. I wish I hadn't! I paid to get the car delivered and when it arrived it looked clean and well polished - however all the work they promised was not done. This was just the start though, because as soon as I took it for a drive around the block the car was knocking from underneath the bonnet, and the wheel bearing was squeaking. My heart sank, I had just spent £5200 getting the car I thought I wanted, but all in all I ended up spending £500 getting it fixed and now I'm trying to sell it as fast as possible. After checking the MOT location, The car had MOT certificates from a known dodgy and '100% pass rate' garage. I contacted the dealership and they were very rude and blamed my 'idiot driving' for the problems. Apparently their warranty doesn't cover what was wrong as it was my fault, even though I only took the car around the block. I am tempted to peruse the matter in court as it turns out the car was very dangerous to drive, and that is selling something that is not fit for purpose. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE.

Extremely poor service AVOID AVOID AVOID promises the world delivers nothing. Great patter when selling us the car promising this and that had to return car after just 1 DAY took 8 days in his "specialist" garage to fix problem only to come back worse. Finally agreed to let my own mechanic fix it after just 1 day my own person fixed issue. He also lied about work being done that we had paid for and never provided us with any paper work despite promising us for over two months. Also sales manager not Tony very very rude and arrogant thinks he knows it all but when challenged just becomes aggressive and rude. Avoid seller at all costs also the race paper work was never provided as was no Warrenty if he say he will get paper work to you this is a lie and I would turn and run.

Ok so I checked out a vehicle from here and instantly got a bad feeling as work obviously needed doing to it and the salesman seemed to be very dismissive of this, saying it'll get sorted don't worry. There was no mention of this to me at all, and only came up because I checked the vehicle out. He just kept saying it will be sorted and you have a few months warranty so that'll be fine. Like I want to buy a car with a questionable engine, then rely on the warranty to fix it? The real problem came when I said I had other cars to look at that day and that I'd be in touch, the guy got very pushy trying to hard sell the car, he asked what the other car was, where it was, how much it was, and dug into it as if I was lying to him. Very awkward and insulting. He pretty much talked himself out of any chance of a sale. Now I don't run a dealership, but if I did.... My cars would be ready to sell with all repairs needed having been done. I'd be upfront and honest about the condition of the vehicles and the price would reflect that. I wouldn't push customers so hard on a sale that I insinuate they are not telling the truth when they say they have other vehicles to look at. I wouldn't use an outside warranty as an apathetic reason not to maintain and take a huge interest in the mechanical soundness of my vehicles.... But hey, that's just my opinion, take it as you will.

I have recently purchased my THIRD vehicle from this company and again I am very pleased with my new car and the service that was provided. I find the courteous manner in which they have dealt with me, to be pleasing in this modern day. Straight dealing, no quibbles and a stress free sales environment. Graham especially was a super star!!They have made the purchasing and changing of my cars, straight forward and stress free. I have already recommended this company to friends and family

i purchased a car a couple of months ago And I am very unsatisfied, these men that work in this dealership are con-men, that prey on the innocent. I was initially bullied, they'll tell you if you're going to buy the car without taking it out for a test run. The test run is very short literally 1km in the radius of the garage. Please if you've never purchased a car before bring someone who knows about it before getting ripped off, you'll be sold a dodgy motor just like i was sold, Its your own safety at the end of the day, imagine if your on the motorway and it breaks down on you, thats your life, the lives of the people in your car and the lives of the motorists on the line.
