I can always get an appointment. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The patches system is fantastic. On Friday I had a problem with my eye. I submitted some photos and within 5 minutes the doctor had called me back with reassuring advice and I didn’t feel at all rushed. I have had reminders for a flu vaccine. It was very simple to book an appointment on line. A brilliant Medical Centre and a famtadtic team.
The young girl on reception is so helpful & the doctors I've seen have been great so far . I must say the surgery has improved a lot ...
From my own experience they are quite good compared to other surgeries. We all know the NHS is not what it used to be, but this surgery is fairly good. Most of the times they can give appointments on the same day, the staff and doctors are polite and professional.
Amazing doctors. Ring when they say they will. Can always get through. Can get an appointment for the same day. Highly recommended
They were absolutely amazing at getting rid of my sever aids and i went back to say my thanks and 2 of the staff gave it a suc and 1 of them gave me extra special experience.
