Absolutely disgraceful. I phoned up last weekend to book in for this Saturday. She confirmed the date and time (she even asked if Saturdays are better for me) I said 2pm as I’ll be back from visiting family in Blackpool. So I’ve made sure I get back to Birstal area for that time just to knock on the door and be told no one is in today and the lady who answered the door didn’t even have a clue what was going on. So instead of kicking off like I wanted too I just said forget it and walked off. I specifically asked if they can do Saturdays after 2pm as that’s the only date and time I can do. She even took my number. So how they don’t have my details is beyond me. I questioned my own sanity until I checked my call log from last week and the diary in my kitchen. So I could have stayed in Blackpool area longer, I didn’t have to rush to get home. It’s not like I’m busy too and can’t get time off for myself. I haven’t had my hair cut in over a god damn year because I’m so busy (my problem yes) but I finally get booked in and I’m turned away. So I wasn’t booked in. I was either lied too. Or they’re disorganised and can’t manage their bookings. Absolutely fuming.

Had my hair cut at Louise Heatons today, came in and asked for a long pixie hairstyle. What I received was beyond AMAZING! It was absolutely gorgeous and I'm so very very very happy with my new hair. 10/10 will come again! Would give more stars if I could! Beyond excellent service! Well done!

Beautiful salon, and Louise is amazing! My hair was in need of some love as it has been box dyed almost black for 3 years now and Louise managed to get it to a light brown balyage in the first session. Felt like a princess leaving. Can't wait to come back for second session! Xxx

Louise has been cutting my short hair for almost two years now. She's very nice and professional. She gives advice on what suits me given my hair texture and face shape but gives the style that I've asked for. I've always come out happy after a haircut with her.

This is only the second time that my wife has been here and she's really pleased with the way that Heidi has been looking after her. She would like a particular style but needs to grow her hair a little longer so she will be back in 8 weeks to hopefully get it finalised. We only found them looking on Google and because they have a lot better rating than most even Mark Betts decided to give them a go. Really glad we did.
