Asda Morley Superstore

Five stars to the lovely Asda Morley male assistant that helped my 8 year old son find a Christmas jumper this morning in his size. He saw us looking disappointed and went to look in the back /store area and found two jumpers in his size so we were very happy. Zero stars to the three sales women that said everything available was hung out on the ends of the isles and couldn’t be bothered checking for us. You nearly lost Asda a big sale as we bought two jumpers in the end.

Shocking! Xmas rewards lost by an IT malfunction at the check out! Staff unable to help! Contacted call centre, left in a phone queue for 55 mins! Then call terminated! Be careful redeeming those hard earned ‘Rewards’ or more accurately ‘Stolen Rewards’. Guess it’s a good way not to payout! Shops somewhere else!

Picking an order. I ordered fresh meat as part of my order for my meals and my kids. All subbed or not given. Went into the Asda store myself and was loads on the shelf. Half arsed picking service. Used Asda for a number of years. Will not be using again as they are completely unreliable.

I am not local for this Asda but I keep coming back here when possible due to the huge stock of food and baby kid need, and staff everywhere (cashier, safe guard, floor staff) are good.

This specifically for the pharmacy service. Absolutely diabolical! Although I am registered to get a text when my prescription order is available for collection, I seldom do. When I try to access the by phone to enquire, their phone just rings out. If your meds are urgently required, which mine often are, I suggest you look for another pharmacy! Asda's is not fit for purpose. Only adding 1 star as I can't give 0
