Excellent sports therapy massage from Ryan at Batley branch. Really great conversation too. Would definitely recommend and return. I liked how you can book online too as it makes it very convenient to see availability without having to call and coordinate diaries.

After a hospital diagnosis of compressed disc and pinched nerve I booked an appointment with Ryan. He instantly made me feel at ease and after a few questions he explained what was happening in my shoulder. He gave me a programme to follow which helped with my symptoms and after a few weeks and a couple of further visits, my pain has gone. Ryan has also advised on what to do to strengthen my back, neck and shoulders, so hopefully I'll have no further problems.

Fantastic service. Explained everything thoroughly. Gave me exercises to do at home so that I could work on the issue in between appointments. Looking forward to the next one.
