Absolutely horrendous service I made an appointment with her three days ago for yesterday and she never showed up I had to message her on several different platforms for just one text message back and once she replied she wanted to reschedule for same time but today at 12 so I did I accepted it and I waited outside the salon until 12 and it looked completely closed and then I text her again and I call her and she doesn’t reply and then at 12:30 she says can she reschedule for 1:00 so I said I’m already here why not and after 1:30 she’s still there shop door is still locked lights off. I get no reply just absolutely fussed about for 2 days.

I recently did a Bouncy Blow dry masterclass at House of Glam Bawtry and I can't rate Cathy and the Salon enough. The salon is absolutely beautiful. Very glam, very luxurious, what a treat for anyone who wants a pamper. I want to thank Cathy for her amazing masterclass , she made me feel extremely comfortable, she is lovely and she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of hairdressing, not just the styling but the science. I found the course to be very informative and left feeling confident in my new skill of producing bouncy blow drys. I recieved a kit of brushes as part of the course to start me off, there's money to be made with blow drys and I'm so excited to carry this service out on my clients. I was made to feel that no question was too silly to ask and I've been left with the feeling of being able to reach out in the future, should I need to. I highly recommend Cathy and the salon to anyone , whether your looking to do a course or get a treatment. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you ❤️

I had an appointment booked which I showed up on time for, when I arrived the salon was locked and all lights were off. It took multiple attempts for me to contact the owner which she answered 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start and said she was 10 minutes away. I waited outside the salon for over an hour and a half and tried contacting her multiple times but she never showed up and I haven’t heard anything from her since which I’m massively disappointed in as this was a rescheduled appointment as my last one they rang me 10 minutes before my old appointment was due to start telling me the owner wasn’t in so they couldn’t do my appointment. Previously I have booked to get my hair coloured alongside my extensions to be told it’s not been booked correctly so won’t be done, I’ve had a college student remove and refit my extensions and wasn’t told she wasn’t qualified in it, I found out when she told me half way through my hair appointment in which half my extensions came out between my appointments snapping my hair. It’s a pretty salon but that doesn’t make up for the service I’ve received, it’s fair to say I won’t be returning.

Booked for an appointment for my graduation, a huge event, and stood outside their shop for 10 mins knocking while the lights were off. This was within their working hours. Tried ringing etc, got through to no one. The landlord has also put his phone number on the door as he has apparently not been able to get in touch at all. AVOID

Appointment booked for 9am, stood outside in the rain for 40 minutes. No one answering the phone and door locked. Have messaged them on Facebook and instagram but no response.
