I had been buying tire from Longstone for a decade before I received a set of defective Pirelli tires. Four different shops and their experienced technicians used their road-force balance machines to confirm that these tires had excessive run-out and were significantly out of spec. Weeks of back and forth with Simon and Tom refusing to believe me, the techs, or all the evidence we provided them with ended with them going silent and ghosting us. This is likely only because I am an international customer. So I bought the Pirelli tires elsewhere (those were fine) and I'm now telling anyone in the restoration community who will listen about the cowardly and disappointing behavior on Longstone's part. So beware that this is the customer service you might receive if you run into the rare tire problem.

These guys went above and beyond ⭐️ rescued me from a tricky situation and being stranded after hitting a pothole in the dark. Can’t give enough praise on here and will definitely be recommending them in the future. Thank you so much 😊
