Visited on Saturday to buy my first pair of F&F boots. From the moment we walked into your very beautiful store we were made so welcome. The staff are lovely, so friendly and so knowledgeable about the products. Jules took exceptional care of me and my anxiety that my "sporty" calves wouldn't fit in the heeled Regina Sporting fit! They did. Which resulted in one very happy customer. The boots are stunning, exceptional quality and so comfortable. It was such a lovely experience, champagne and the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Thank you Jules x

Visited for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! The shop itself is beautiful and the pieces are such good quality. But what made this experience truly remarkable was the staff.
