Elland Road Park & Ride

Atrocious service in recent months and I've used this service for over 5 years, coincidentally since the 25% price increase. Buses regularly break down, the service is unreliable and slow. When Leeds are playing at home some buses are removed to cater for fans getting to the game. The only time it would ever take the advertised 10 minutes is if it was a Wednesday afternoon and the driver was sat waiting upon your arrival. If I arrive at the car park at 08:10 I'll only just make it to work in the centre for 9am. At one point this was a great service but it's had a sharp decline. The employees genuinely seem to try their best so it would only leave bad management as the cause with a side of greed. Regrettably a lot of us are forced to use this service because the alternatives are impractical or expensive since the council closed most of the affordable car parks around town. Will reluctantly have to keep using this service, and I think they know this.

Shocking service, never on time, then 3 will turn up at once, then you’ll have to wait 40 minutes for next one. Completely inept but unfortunately there’s little other option as the council have forced Leeds commuters onto a public transport system that isn’t fit for purpose.

Went into Leeds on Sunday only to be turned away from 3 car parks all full !! My wife said let's try the park and ride and its the best thing we have done.Buses were clean and tidy ran on time dropped off right in the centre of Leeds brilliant service and at a great price. My days of paying for overpriced parking in Leeds are over it's park and ride for me in future but don,t tell everyone !

The car park is so easy to get to. The buses are very frequent and the bus drivers are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using the park and ride for shopping trips to Leeds in the future.

With the new April 2023 service changes- reduction in service during weekdays and complete removal of weekend services. Every 10 mins is a joke and obv the continuous roadworks in town don't help. I mean if you end up having to work late then no way of getting back to the car. Also no options for the hundreds of people that used to use this on weekends; going to result in much less footfall for city centre shops as people cant afford expensive car park charges. Literally forcing people to not be able to move around- taxing us to death with the Net Zero agenda but cant invest enough to keep public transport options running.
