Booked the service for a 5 day mini break. Drop off early afternoon at North terminal and pick up late at night from South terminal. I was half hour early for drop off and they were very accommodating after I called and person was waiting for me on my arrival. On return I was almost an hour early, and once again, very accommodating. I only had to wait 5 minutes at pick up zone. Driver was very friendly and professional. Car in perfect condition. Mileage was not high. Would definitely use again for peace of mind and stress free departure and arrival. Thanks so much.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service, and at first, everything seemed smooth and well-organized. The drop-off process was easy, and the staff appeared professional and friendly. I felt confident leaving my car in their care. However, when I returned and picked up my car, I immediately noticed that one of my alloy wheels was damaged. This was extremely frustrating, as my car was in perfect condition when I left it with them. I expected better care and responsibility from a professional parking service. Once I got home, I sent an email to report the damage, attaching clear pictures as evidence. I was assured that someone would call me to address the issue. A call did come through, but instead of providing a solution, they simply asked me to explain the situation again—despite me already providing all the details in my email. This felt like an unnecessary delay and poor communication on their part. Since that call, I have heard nothing back. No one is responding to my follow-up emails, and the phone number they originally contacted me from is now going unanswered. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If they claim to be a reliable and professional parking service, they should take responsibility for damages caused under their care and at the very least maintain proper communication with customers. I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and would not recommend this service to anyone who values their vehicle. A company that ignores customer complaints and avoids accountability is not one that can be trusted.

Don't use this company especially at the weekend, you will not be able to speak to anyone or contact anyone. I booked on a Saturday, the wrong collection day. I booked for the next day so I couldn't speak to anyone to sort this it. There is no number only email. Another thing is you can't amend or cancel within 72 hours. I had to pay £67 for an extra day, because I couldn't sort my booking out. They finally got back to me by email after i sent a few, said they couldnt help because the booking had already started. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The parking transaction failed, the website has no live chat for Australia, there's errors when you try manage booking. Overall, really poor experience and you take peoples money when errors occur. Please fix immediately.

Zero customer service! Due to flight change needed to arrive a few hours earlier (must happen alot) but they wouldn't amend the booking! They said we had to re book and send them the details so they could refund the parking fee, but not the booking fee! (Great way to earn money for zero effort on their part!) So much more hassle for us and they get 2 booking fees out of it! Hoping the refund is timely 🙏
