I have used the post office for very long time. The service is good and I have not had any issues with the parcels I have sent many time. You will get what you need from a post office. I use it all the time.
Since the father passed away the son is rude tells you to bunch up like sardines I went in to replace a 10 quid note as it had a little tear and refused to help I went to shop and they accepted it he's always on phone as well so he never engages with customers that's last time I go there one in holbeck is a lot better and bigger
Very bad customer service, rude and they act like you should know exactly what your doing in the post office , very bad manners , 0/10 , don't attend
