This company is super efficient and extremely helpful in every way. Georgia Nichols has been dealing with me since I started renting with them and she has been of great assistance, she has never missed an email or contact and always ensured my living space was perfect and up to standards. I have made big mistakes as I bought 2 apartments at George Street. These apartmens have a lot of problems and the Priestley Homes has never done their job properly. Still mess, big regret. I won't buy their apartment anymore.

Rented for about 20 months with them and it was nightmare. Flat in the very bad shape and the person who I was dealing was absent minded to say the least. Don't want to name her but it's clear from other reviews here. Had dozens of emails back and forth about all the issues few sorted few we learnt to live with. After everything done they sent me a bill of 300 pounds. Good thing that I had all the photos from begging and emails. Raised the issue with deposit protection and her case fell on the face. Awarded 0 pounds to her. Have no decency to apologise, hope they at least reflect on bullying practices.

Priestley Homes have been great since taking over from our previous landlords. Georgia has been absolutely amazing. Answers emails and phone calls very quickly - with great communication - and always eager to help.Would definitely recommend getting in touch with her when considering to rent with Priestley.

Georgia from Priestly Homes was amazing, she always helped me with any questions, super fast and very clear with all the info. I can not recommend her enough, any problem around the flat was solved right away and she always considered me and my little dog. Thank you for everything
