Vertu Volkswagen Leeds

I’ve just taken ownership of another new VW from Vertu Leeds and again I couldn’t be happier. Right from being invited in to look at offers to driving away my new T-Roc (in just 2 weeks) everything was nice and easy and stress free. I dealt with Alex who was great, she was so friendly and talked through everything thoroughly, there was no pressure and she understood my needs, some nice touches with a video before my appointment to follow up calls and email, would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Newcastle and experienced a slight issue.I initially took the car to a different Volkswagen branch, but unfortunately, the service there was disappointing and left me feeling quite unsatisfied. However, I had my car booked in again shortly after this time with Vertu Volkswagen Leeds (Elland Road) and the experience was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionists and introduced to Gosia, who was handling my issue in the service department. Gosia was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly from the very beginning, making me feel genuinely looked after. The technician who worked on my car (I believe his name was Jack) was also excellent and really helpful.They managed to resolve the issue I was having within just one day, which I truly didn’t expect I can’t thank them enough for how efficiently and thoroughly they dealt with everything. To top it all off, I just received a thoughtful gift of flowers and chocolates, which completely made my day! A huge thank you again to Gosia Geresz and Jack(the technician) for your outstanding service, attention to detail, and kindness made all the difference. Vertu Volkswagen Leeds truly delivered the best customer experience I’ve had so far.

Our iD4 was in for safety recall which was carried out correctly to the best of our knowledge. When it came time to collect the car I was kept waiting at the service desk while three members of staff had a conversation and received Amazon parcels. Eventually a fourth member of staff passed by and asked if they could assist. I collected the keys and went to leave only to find a scratch in the drivers side door. The member of staff did not agree that VW was the cause but agreed to bring their manger out to discuss it. The manager when they arrived was one of the original three who had been chatting and receiving Amazon parcels. Whether they are always like it or not I could not say but it was a waste of a conversation as they were completely computer says no and I left dissatisfied and booking in a smart repair for our vehicle. If that was the end of tale I would have left 2 stars not 1, however…. Two days after collecting the vehicle I had a call from the dealership asking if I would agree to do feedback, which I was happy to do. I was asked if I would be leaning 5 stars to which I said no and gave the same feedback as above. The person was very apologetic and asked if they could have the manager call me back to discuss it. That was over a week ago and I have not had a call from the manager or the survey to give feedback. As such I am leaving this google review and only 1 star. **UPDATE** Since posting this review and receiving the response below I have tried to reach out to the email address provided twice without response.

Had my brand new car delivered with a couple of issues. Where do i start from here… they said they would deliver me an EV car, they didnt. They said it would take a few days, it took 4 weeks!! Poor communication from them the whole time, only time they replied to me when i asked for updates is when they tried sending my car back, multiple times they tried sending it back with the issue still present. They kept saying they would repair it and thats why its taking so long, ended up that this was a factory issue and nothing they could do to help, so they basically had my car the best part of a month for no reason Just to add the cherry on top, it came back with a brand new fresh scratch on the bumper Please stay away from this branch and ideally stay away from VW as this is one of the main repair centres. Ive found a few people (since I've moaned about my experience) who have said they have had the exact same from VW when they bought, so i urge people to look elsewhere!!

Recently bought a new car from Vertu Volkswagen Leeds and had the most amazing and stress free service when buying from this place. When I arrived I was directed to speak to Shane who helped me with looking into the cars I wanted to see. He was very kind, honest and reassuring, answering all of my questions and helped with a test drive of a Polo. Of which I later purchased with high recomendations of the hot chocolates that were complimentary here. The next week when I was to collect my car, Shane made sure to have any imperfections on the car touched up. He even during the appointment noticed further marks in the interior and went the extra mile to have them removed whilst I was there. I cant say thank you enough for making what has been stressful time a little bit easier with the process of purchasing a new car.
