Had a great experience at the KFC in White Rose Shopping Centre. The food was impressive, the chicken was juicy, crispy and really tasty, just how it should be. A special thanks to Emran Ali for his excellent customer service; he was friendly, helpful and made the visit even better. Would definitely come back!
I had a really good experience at this KFC. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great – everything came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. The place looked clean and well-kept too. Prices are a little on the high side compared to what you might expect, but the quality made up for it. Overall, a solid visit and I’d definitely go again.
My friend ordered some food and after around 20 minutes of waiting his order was no where to be seen so we went to go ask where his food was and was met by some rude employees who said we didn't order the food and also suggested that we didn't pay for our meal even though we did and went to go check the cameras, after suggesting that we lied to them. After around 5 minutes of waiting the employee returned to us and rudely pushed our order to us. After returning to our seats his order wasn't even correct and the chips were cold. We didn't want to return to the KFC to complain because of our previous experience and cause we didn't want to cause anymore hassle.
Served by Hamza - he’s been very helpful. I was having issues using the self checkout screen. He resolved the issue and served the order promptly. Very pleased with the service. Chicken was fantastic as usual.
