Zefa and autolite are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in 16 years of trading on ebay. Their warranty is worthless. I bought a battery which failed completely after 11 months. It has a 4 year warranty but they are not interested in resolving the problem. They want me to return their faulty product at my cost and won't take responsibility for the carriage which means I will lose out carriage which won't be cheap on a battery and I have no faith in them actually testing the battery which I have had tested independently. I would thoroughly advise anyone NOT to buy anything from them and just buy locally. Zefa / Autolite-UK are criminal in what they are doing.

Terrible. Battery failed after a few months, Zefa ask for the used battery to be returned to them without travel plugs and then cease responding at all. The warranty, upon further inspection, is worthless. Buy cheap, you buy twice - avoid and pay more from a reputable manufacturer and trader.
