Alexandra is an absolute genius, had a sports massage today, arrived with multiple issues and she was very knowledgeable, my whole body feel tonnes better - came in with a shoulder I could hardly move, without pain, to having most of my mobility back, pain free! Very professional, couldn't praise the experience enough. Deffo be back as regularly as I can! Got an appointment really quick and Jenny was fantastic, was able to identify the cause of my problems straight away and the treatment plan is already making a massive difference. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be coming back!
Making injury assessment and treating it through a phone call and videos its just not what people need
Went here for an ultrasound scan. The technician was rude, abrupt and bullying, and clearly thought she was doing everyone an enormous favour just by seeing us. There's no receptionist; no means of letting anyone know you've arrived; no way of finding out why you're still waiting long after your appointment time - and take Kevlar to protect you from the haranguing you get if you have the temerity to ask. Never going back.
Just to say thank you, really. When I walked into the building on Monday, I wasn't well at all. I strained my back somehow and was in pain for good few days by then. After 30 min with Jon and an array of awkward (and painful😭) maneuvers, I was already miles better. Now that I'm back home from a massage with Vikki, I feel soo much better again. Just wanted to say officially that you are guys doing such an amazing job! Thank you very much. I didn't need my painkillers yesterday, and I will continue with the stretches as advised. We all have a tendency to wait and hope it'll pass, but I'm soo glad I didn't wait any longer 🙌🙏🌹
