The Three Team have been incredible from start to finish. They gave me excellent quotes, broke everything down clearly, and offered amazing deals that genuinely helped me out. In a world where you’re never quite sure who to trust, their honesty and effort stood out. I’m extremely grateful for the support, the transparency, and the value they delivered. Highly recommended they really do look after you.
I went in store at 3mobile at whiterose, Leeds to get the new iPhone 17 promax and the customer service wasn’t great. There were 2 staff on duty on 28/12/2025 and the female staff was quite nice and detailed. However, the male staff called Naheem was very arrogant and he also passed a stereotype/racist comments after confirming that I’m Nigerian.
On Sunday, the touchscreen on my phone, which had an e-SIM, broke. Luckily, a friend lent me her old phone, which only works with a physical SIM card. She told me to go to a 3 store and ask for a physical card instead of waiting five days by mail. When I arrived at the 3 store, I asked for a SIM card. I immediately explained that I had just moved and was waiting for a new driver's license, as this was my old address. I've been with the 3 network for over six years. I was informed that I needed to show another ID. I said I had my ID with me because I don't carry my passport everywhere. I was informed that they don't accept IDs from other European countries. Only passports, which are also from other European countries. This is blatant discrimination; IDs are just as valid as passports. I've never encountered a government institution or even a bank not accepting IDs from European countries. So, the 3 network gives you one star for discrimination. I will not mention the losses that I could have suffered and that I did suffer due to the lack of access to the network.
I had a message from 3 telling me my mobile upgrade was due .I decided to use the shop in the White Rose Centre mainly because of parking and wheelchairs access .Parking was not a problem , and entrance to the building is all flat and level .The outer doors are all automatically opened as you approach. Access to the 3 store itself is very easy as there is no “door” , just a wide entrance way into the store. From a disability point of view it’s very easy to manoeuvre a large wheelchair around the display stations and access any of the desks . A downside of a large open doorway meant that all the noise, speakers and tannoys follow you into the store. For someone hard of hearing like myself I found it better to move to the rear of the store so I could hear what was being said . Thanks to Ahmed and Peter I was given a brilliant deal and my upgrade was a walk in the park !! Many thanks to both these guys for their help and guidance through the paperwork . A very enjoyable experience again ! 👍👍👍👍👍
Wasn't the worst of the lot, Vodafone and EE were definitely worse however the scoring is low due to the fact it was all rushed and we had to wait 4 minutes to be approached by a fella who wouldn't even crack a smile. He did help us a tad bit by giving us pricing on his phone instead of waiting 1 hour and 30 mins but it didn't feel welcoming. If you care about customer service the way I do as a head of sales for a large tech firm then walk next door to O2 and you'll see a marginal difference in this. (Check my detailed review there for a better insight as to why) I was told after that Vodafone and 3 have merged now that is a put off to me anyway after the service I was subject to today in Vodafone. My advice is please have a person to approach customers at 3 as 4 minutes is a long wait time to be waiting to be approached or even just acknowledged. The Mrs wasn't a fan of the waiting or a fan of the fact that one of the girls who was sat with a customer looked as if she was bored out of her mind. - Zack and Leayah
