Cow Close Caravan & Camping

Lovely clean sight with beautiful views. Toilets and showers were spotless. Site is mostly flat we where in a VW transport and needed a small chock under 2 wheel. Plan to come back with my brother on our motorbikes next year.

We were camping in tents whilst on a motorbike trip, Saturday 20th September, the wettest day of the year! The kind lady dried my gloves for me overnight and dropped them off, sitting them on my bike in the morning. I didn't get a chance to thank you so I hope you read this! Lovely site, level and well kept pitches with clean facilities. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in the camping pods. Great use of the space in the pod and it fit our family of three in comfortably. Each pod has a picnic bench, my son loved building his Lego outside on it. The pods are near the toilet and shower facilities so you doing have to go far. The pods have their own car parking area and entrance. The location is great there are lots of things to do and see in the area, some great recommendations in the welcome book, we did everything except visit the waterfalls and dairy’s. Host was lovely and greeted us upon arrival. Check in and check out was easy and straightforward. The camp site has archery on a Sunday and a mobile fish and chip van on Thursdays.

Tranquil and peaceful, a fabulous site in a stunning location. Located just outside Leyburn, Cow Close is a wonderful site for those relaxing breaks where you can unwind in the serenity of the countryside. Facilities are clean and well maintained, with the service on site on point. Many walks are accessible from the site, perfect for keen walkers and our 4 legged friends.

Just had a couple of nights here with family myself and granddaughter in a pod which was really well equipped, the others on pitches the owners are really friendly and the whole site is well kept. The toilet and shower facilities are immaculate. A great weekend we will be back thank you
