I am so happy with service i received today especially from charlotte who took my number down as the pharmacist hadnt arrived yet and they couldnt open and called me as soon as the pharmacist had arrived so I could access pharmacy first as both my children were ill . Also the lovely young lady on the front desk they were both kind, professional and very lovely with both my children and my self .

Went for some advice for my daughter as she was complaining of ear ache. We’d just got back from holiday at 5am 29/07/25 so I took her when she’d woke up to have it checked out in case it may be an ear infection. The so called pharmacist is the most obnoxious, unprofessional, rudest ‘man’ I’ve ever met in my life. Obviously doesn’t enjoy his job and doesn’t want to be there. You were lucky I was with my daughter and I didn’t make a scene because of her. You absolute waste of space.

Brilliant. Now the best chemist by far. So quick and customer service great. The new guys are smashing it, thank you on behalf of of the whole community

Amazing service fast and helpful. After having issues with well pharmacy time after time with my prescription waiting days if not weeks changed my pharmacy to here and got my prescription within 10mins. 5 star service

Went recently and there was a new owner pharmacist. Very helpful and felt like they were going above and beyond. Much improved on the previous service. Thank you
