Never had an actually good experience here. The food is always good but the staff are insanely slow like taking 20+ minutes after arrival (and having ordered in advance). Today they didnt include any sauce with the Halloumi fries and when I asked for some they said you need to order it seperate which I now know is a lie. It is included and also you cannot order any sauces separately on the burger king website. Do not recommend getting food here as its such a struggle for no reason to get your actual order.
Dissapointed the last time I visited. Monday afternoon very quiet, 2 other guests in there. Looked around and couldn't see anyone working. Ordered at the kiosk to pay cash. Waited around 15 mins and still no one came out. Then another lady came in, I assume friend or relative of the team as they sprang to life when she entered, chit chatting away. 20 minutes in and still no acknowledgement. After being looked up and down by one of the 2 team members then ask if I needed anything. Explained I'd ordered and was waiting to pay. Met with a very begrudged attitude, they took my payment and continued their conversation with this lady. Toilets filthy, dining area filthy I had the same level of service you'd get from a vending machine. Food was good, when is burger king not? Customer service non existent.
The food here is lovely!! The staff are always so attentive, friendly and chatty towards us. They all seem to communicate and bond really well which was really pleasing to see. It’s rare to see such happy staff these days. I came with my Grandma last Sunday and the girl kindly brought it over to the table (with sauces and salt) and did the drinks behind the counter for us even though they don’t have table service. The place was very clean with a member of staff always keeping an eye on the cleanliness of the restaurant and wiping tables when needed. They also recommended that I download the app for good deals that pop up considering we go quite regularly, so I’ll be testing that out in future!!! Thank you Burger King team, keep up the good work.
Highly dissatisfied is an understatement I got to your establishment and you’re self checkout machines were not functioning so I had to go to the counter to the staff member who I’m not sure if she knew where she was working. I clearly ordered my burger with no cheese due to my allergies and received a burger with lo and behold cheese on it. I check my receipt she didn’t even put no cheese on the receipt, even know I couldn’t be any clearer. Thankfully I didn’t take a bite due to me knowing what cheese looks like something I think your employees don’t. I return the burger assuming it was a honest mistake and made it clear AGAIN no cheese and I return to my car with my NO cheese burger and open it to see a mountain of cheese on my burger which left me flabbergasted. I don’t know how much clearer I could have made no cheese known. The woman beside me in the queue who was still waiting for her food couldn’t believe to the point she burst out in laughter due to your staff incompetence and I don’t even know how you have the cheek to hire them. To top it off I had a code for a free whopper which I couldn’t due to your establishments now WiFi. In the end with my no cheese burger was mediocre at best and my chips were cold. Can tell you I will be returning for another pleasant experience 5 stars hope the employee gets a raise and a Christmas bonus 5 stars to your staff for being good at there job
This particular Burger King always hits the spot! The burgers are juicy, fresh, and have that flame-grilled taste you can’t get anywhere else. Service is quick, staff is friendly, and the food comes out hot every time. Great spot when you’re craving a solid burger and fries. I love popping here from Hull
