Beverley Bus Station

It's good to have a bus station. Plenty of buses coming and going. The area was a little untidy due to the litter.

Only a small bus station in the centre of Beverley. It has toilets and a covered waiting area to wait for your bus.

Easy to navigate, but gets quite busy and crowded at peak times. Connects many different routes

The bus station can get very congested as the bays and seating are all along one side of the bus station-this means that passengers alighting are having to move through queues of passengers waiting to alight that bus or others. There are a couple of electronic information boards however the info is interspersed with adverts which can make accessing information quite a challenge-particularly as some services have recently changed numbers/routes. The manned information office closed years ago so the best information comes from the locals who use the buses on a regular basis. There are toilets in the bus station and these are generally clean, tidy and well maintained. The bus station is only a couple of minutes from the town centre but a good walk to the railway station,
