Disappointed to say the least! Called at 8.30am for a gas bottle to be told the lady was on her own and wasn’t allowed to leave the shop but to come back at 10 when the manager was there and she’d be able to help me then. Fair enough, that’s what I did. I arrived back at 10am, manager still hadn’t arrived…I waited 40 minutes with the poor lady in the shop apologising for the delay before I had to leave as I had no idea how long I’d have to wait!! Bit of a poor show for a manager to be so tardy without even giving her staff a heads up or an ETA.

If a place has set up to receive courier parcels - then that's what they should do! Very annoyed that I was turned away (after driving some distance) 'because the parcel was too big'! And yet it wasn't that big - about the size of two shoe boxes. The member of staff also said to use BP at Dunswell. It turned out they don't even take parcels - so wrong info. My friend has just been turned away with a parcel, for the same reason, 'too big', although again only about the same size as 2 shoe boxes. My friend said the member of staff wasn't very friendly - and snapped at her. If they don't have much space for parcels, then they shouldn't be a Yodel agent. They are wasting peoples time and petrol (rather ironic). I will be making a complaint to Yodel, and will get my fuel from elsewhere.

Staff friendly. With Sewell card the car wash is good value and always does a really good job. My car comes out shining. The bp ultimate however is super expensive here compared to ones in York which are 12p a litre cheaper. Otherwise nice little station on average fuel prices.

Don't get your parcels delivered here, they are just useless and turn it away

A little hard to rate a petrol station. But, it is tidy, well stocked with very sociable staff.
