went in this morning for a meal deal and to use my BP points. Lad at till had trouble scanning the card. cracked on that he couldn't understand me when I said I wanted to redeem the points. Just kept pointing to chip n pin pay machine. I gave in and tapped only to realise the little sod had charged 8.30 for the 5.99 meal deal. Sorry, but cracking on you don't understand the customer, failing to redeem points and overcharging either means your on a scam or not for to be in a public faceing role, especially if you struggle to understand the regional spoken English.

I was pleased to see this badly needed new establishment, which could save me long drives to fill my tank. Naturally, I acquired a BPMe card to take advantage of the savings it provides. HOWEVER, after several tank fills I started trying to use my BPMe card to pay part of my bill, only to be told that the staff could add my purchases to it but could not yet use it to offset payments - 'something to do with the wifi connection'! After a few more visits, I contacted BP customer services who told me that this service station does not belong to them but to a third party that doesn't honour the payments promised by use of the card!! If I want to use my card to offset my fuel payments I have to use service station owned by BP which can be identified by the integral M&S store. For an industry that is quick to exploit customers when fuel prices rise and slow to reduce them when they fall, I find this tactic and deliberately lack of clarity cynical at best. I'll not be using BP again and I would urge others to think twice before filling up at what are already inflated prices.

Staff are always friendly and helpful (Amanda & another lady with glasses stand out). Prices are decent but have been slowly getting a bit worse lately. Well stocked products at decent prices.
