I honestly can’t recommend Ben and Jo high enough. My old boiler stoped working on a Sunday so I got in touch with Ben who gave me some good advice and offered to come out. I didn’t think the boiler was worth repairing so Ben called the next day and gave excellent advice and options, he gave me a very reasonable quote and Jo fitted the new boiler and flushed the system a couple of days later. Jo was polite and explained what he was doing, very clean and tidy. Both Ben and jo are very polite and provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend them. I will always contact Ben for any plumbing work I need in the future.
I had such a great experience with Ben. From start to finish, he was friendly and he explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently, he left everything neat and tidy when finished. It’s clear he takes pride in doing a great job and making sure his customers are happy. Thank you Ben. I will call you again if any work needs to be done.
Honestly can’t recommend Ben enough! Ben came out at 8am to look at our old boiler and straight away gave us great advice — really clear, honest, and knowledgeable. Communication was brilliant the whole way through, and within a week we had a brand new boiler fitted. Ben even sorted out the warranty for us, which took a lot of stress away. Such a reliable and friendly service — we’d definitely recommend to anyone!
Ben came to do a boiler service for me. He was polite, professional and efficient. Great communication throughout and arrived when he said he would. He charges a very reasonable rate. I would happily contact him again in the future. Can’t recommend him enough!
Amazing service. Bought my first house and woke up to no heating or hot water. Called Thomson plumbing and heating and Ben was here within 30mins (on a sunday!) All was sorted within 5 minutes and as it was a simple pressure issue he didnt charge me! Even showed me what to do should it happen again. Really nice to know there are good people around still. Thank you 😊
