After my ACL and meniscus surgery, I was worried about how long it would take to recover, but Phil made the entire process clear, manageable, and encouraging. His expertise, patience, and positive attitude kept me motivated through every stage of rehab. He explained each exercise, tracked my progress, and pushed me just enough to keep improving. Thanks to his support, I went from barely bending my knee to walking comfortably and regaining strength much faster than I expected. I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion I received. Broke one ankle and had pins and plates put in. Sprained the other. Dan the physiotherapist has been really helpful as it has been a long painful journey. He is very knowledgeable and given me exercises and confidence to progress. He is very professional but also warm and friendly and encouraging. After 3 appointments where Phil massaged my back & had me doing exercises, plus setting me exercises to do at home he was happy to discharge me. I’m now back exercising and my back feels great. I visited Rise after having a big operation on my knee/shin and was really struggling with getting back to some sort of normal. I have had two visits up to now with Phil and can say he has helped me tremendously over these two visits alone!
