Great service, even open Sunday! I have a lifetime watch battery supply and fitting with them for just over £20. Glad I did it. You can get the same for car key batteries.

Had a metal watch strap altered to have some links removed. I didn't know Timpson offered this service so will be using again for any future watches, as it was quick, friendly and efficient. Went into Morrisons to pick up a couple of items, and by the time I was done, the watch was ready and fitted perfectly. Great, efficient service.

Had a vintage shoulder bag I'd bought as a gift repaired by Jake at the Morrisons Timpson's store. The shoulder straps were worn. He did a beautiful job of removing and re-attaching them - a fiddly process which required skill and experience - they now look as good as new - so pleased and now I can finally hand over the gift! Thank you Jake 😊

The guys working here at this store, are very friendly and efficient so this review is not to reflect on them, but Timpsons phone repairs. My phone was sent for diagnosis and was told a battery replacement was needed. 3 weeks later, my phone was returned with no new battery as they couldn’t source one (Samsung galaxy S21 FE). The phone was returned damaged and completely chipped all around the edges. They also used glue to fix back the rear of the phone which is unheard of. It’s meant to be a silicone. I’ve heard nothing back regarding the damage to my phone and no one from customer services will communicate with me. NEVER will I send a phone into Timpsons again.
