Beautiful professionally crafted nails to show off at first proper managers conference since covid 19, a very happy customer, highly recommended! Poor customer service, the man filed one of my hands when it came to the second one he got up and another woman came sat down and basically tickled the other hand so both hands was extremely odd I think she was a trainee and all the acrylic was left under my nails which I tried to mention multiple times and she just said it was because I kept touching it however she didn’t do the job right it was extremely uncomfortable and I was left with one hand really thick longer nails and had to file them when I got home and ruin the polish but I had paid a lot of money for these, whilst I was there they was talking about me in there language because I had mentioned I wasn’t happy

Great nails the finish was excellent the only dip I have is that they don't talk to you that much.

Be careful who you have to do your nails. Some of them are very rough with the nail file. I left with numerous cuts on my fingers. I won’t be going back.
