Our fist contact with David and his son was during “Beast from East” the day our regular plumber was unable to come out to sort out frozen oil pipes but credit to David he did managed to come out and sorted heating for us. Just to put a context we live out in the woods and I found David very considered and professional. Since that day I relay on David and never been let down. They have recently installed new oil tanks and we are very happy with the service and support they provide.

So pleased with our new boiler thanks to David, Lewis and Alex. What a great family business and their breadth of knowledge and experience is very reassuring. Having used a big firm for the past 10 years for all our boiler needs, we definitely made the right decision in going for a local and family-based business. I would recommend them without hesitation….thank you gentlemen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Only put 1 star as unable to put 0. Absolutely shocking ‘tradesman’, that I don’t even know where to start.. Left me with an unsafe (in my opinion), and unworking boiler, signing this off after a service as ‘passed’, yet wasn’t working within hours of him leaving. Then arranged a date to come back and simply didn’t show up, nor didn’t call or message. I’d booked the day off work too, and then when contacting him to find out where he was/why he wasn’t coming, I got the response ‘o s**t, totally forgot’, no apology, no alternative date to come back, nothing. He then went on holiday for a week (apparently), which is no problem if true, but after then contacting him 4 times, yes FOUR TIMES, to see when/if he was coming back, he had the cheek to say ‘we’ve not heard from you so thought you’d got someone else’. Absolutely unbelievable. Genuinely never experienced such a poor level of customer service, workmanship and professionalism in my entire life, and I can not, NOT recommend him enough.

Called them regarding a boiler leak because my usual plumber wasn’t available. They quoted £700 plus after looking for the leak. I was charged £200 for 10 minutes if that. After asking about the cost, I was informed that the charge was for the diagnosis of a leak. Absolute rip off merchants. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

First class company! They provide a very Fast, reliable and efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I use this company for all my heating and plumbing work including annual gas safety certification for all my tenanted property’s.
