Medway Heating Services

Had Andy and his team to replace our very old gloworm boiler - he is very easy to communicate with both by phone and e-mail and no question is silly question! Gave us different options and costs which was helpful. All of my neighbours also use Medway heating services and have done for years. They are very tidy and honest and we are pleased we went with them again. His apprentice George was also very polite and hard working! Thanks guys!

Top notch service. Got through straight away and was seen quickly. Heating went from knackard to working with a smile. Now I am off for that well needed warm shower!

We have used Medway for 7 years now. Andrew and Carl are always professional and very friendly. They have a lot of expertise, have never let us down in an emergency, come when they say they're going to and are very clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them.

I had a faulty toilet flush. When contacted I was told they would come out first thing the next morning. Arrived five minuets early, needed a new syphon and went to get one. Worked quickly, efficiently and was totally competent. Friendly plumber who was engaging and most importantly was careful and clean. Left no mess. Given that he was on the job, and had to go and get the parts, for the best part of two hours, the bill was as I had expected. I did not in any way feel I had been taken advantage of. Overall would, without exception, recommend them.

After discovering a leaky pipe, late Sunday night Andrew was recommended by a number of my neighbours who have used his services for decades. I was not disappointed, he contacted us back 7 am monday morning and came out shortly after. Left keys with my neighbour and as mentioned by previous poster he left the area he was working in a very tidy condition. Highly recommended.
