Haven’t had the best experience with hair salons, but Alicia made my hair appointment so welcoming and did a wonderful job on my hair, she was also very explaining of the process which was good for me as I haven’t dyed my hair before. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
Excellent customer service with a friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable and highly trained professional staff at a price I am more than happy with. I always get lovely comments on my hair from friends and work colleagues after a trip to Pearl hair and beauty. I think I shall try their beauty treatments next.
The hairdresser Erica cut my hair beautifully and she started on time (which is unusual as hairdressers usually have too many people in and therefore get behind). I will go there again if I can get an appointment.
Had a cut with Alicia first time and she was lovely and did a great job thank you see you soon for a colour ❣️
