Came to Holly with a hip injury post marathon. Incredible experience. Holly identified the issue, was able to give some on the spot relief. More importantly, I was given specific exercises to do after we identified weakness that caused the injury in the first place. I had been recommended Holly by two friends. Initially I booked in with Holly for a long standing knee injury, which she sorted and I am running again. More recently I have had back and neck problems which through manipulation and specific exercises have been resolved - I'm again lifting bales of hay and even doing the plank at Pilates!!
