We had a parcel which could not be left at our address as a signnature was needed. The woman on the phone, Zoe, was really helpful and came up with a solution that we could collect the parcel at the depot the next morning. Also, when I got to the depot before 08.00 the following morning, an extremely helpful woman, Lena, located the parcel and I was back on the road with my parcel by 8.05! Well done DHL and a special shout out to Zoe in customer services and to Lena at the Howden depot. Excellent service.
Staff were very helpful. Lena was really patient explaining the process and took extreme care with my parcels. She stayed into her lunch hour to complete my parcel. DHL, make sure you value her as your employee. You're lucky to have her!

Seriously, DHL, and Howden depot here, need a 5 star right now, when UPS and Fedex/TNT seem to muck up most International shipments. Very helpful guy this morning, even lifted the parcel to my car. Keep it up.
