The Courtyard

An old school that's been transferred into a community center, on site is a cafe offering meals for breakfast , lunch and high tea along with the usual drinks menus ( but not alcoholic I think) ( just called in for a coffee) there is a lovely dining room inside that's clean and well decorated and a outside courtyard dining area that's charming . The staff are friendly and polite, the prices are not expensive the whole building that's accessible to guests is well lit and very clean , a long passage has glass windows overlooking the court yard on one side and on the other local artists exhibit their really good art work which you can purchase for a bargain I think for original pieces. Toilets onsite are clean and fresh Car parking on site at the rear is generous and disability friendly to enter this site from here.

Had quite a few meals at the cafe and they are superb. Stephen the chef offers a great range of lovely food. You must try it. The building itself has a lovely atmosphere and is very busy but not noisy. Highly recommend a visit.

Great Central spot for training. Fab cafe inside. The only draw back is on a cold day the building does not warm up due to its age so be prepared

Multi charitable organisations all together under one roof conference Center cafe with home cooked products polite friendly reception staff.The building was previously used as a school.On a weekend there is a local farmers market at the front of the property parking at the rear on the former playground.

Such a fantastic venue. Got told about a steam punk day there. Had a ride through and was not disappointed brilliant day. Great people highly recommend to go.
