<p>Retail Merchandiser - Driver</p> <p><strong>Retail Merchandiser (Morrisons) </strong></p> <p>Working Days: Monday and Wednesday 8am-10am</p> <p>Working Hours: 4 hours per week</p> <p>Driver is essential for this role as you will need to accept a home delivery of Point if Sale and transport this to the store </p> <p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p> <p>As a retail merchandiser within the Dee Set team, every day is different and unique, just like you! </p> <p>We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to support the delivery of supplier-funded Point of Sale (POS) materials across the Morrisons estate. This field-based role involves direct implementation of in-store POS campaigns to drive product visibility and increase sales through engaging, impactful displays. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Execute the installation of supplier-funded POS across designated Morrisons stores, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional plans. </li><li>Processing from receipt to placement, ensuring all materials are correctly installed and merchandised. </li><li>Shifts will be in-store every <strong>Monday and Wednesday</strong>, with hours varying based on workload and seasonal promotional activity. </li><li>Flex working hours to meet seasonal activity, including major promotional periods such as Christmas, Easter, and summer campaigns. </li><li>Liaise with staff to coordinate access and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. </li><li>Capture photographic evidence and detailed records of completed installations for reporting purposes. </li><li>Provide feedback, challenges or successes related to POS campaigns. </li><li>Maintain high standards of professionalism and in-store presentation representing both the client and supplier brands. </li></ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed planograms or promotional briefs. </li><li>Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines. </li><li>Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with store teams. </li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel between locations as required. </li><li>Capacity to receive home delivery of POS to walk into store as required. </li></ul> <p><strong>About you: </strong></p> <p>By being a great role model, warm, friendly, solution focused, and innovative in everything you do, you will be part of our Retail Merchandising Team who are passionate about delivering great results in a great place to work. </p> <p><strong>We'd love you to join our team if you are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Confident working alone and using your own initiative </li><li>Love delivering great standards and service for our customers </li><li>Happy to use your own smartphone or tablet for work purposes to send and receive reports and photos. </li></ul> <p><strong>What's in it for you? </strong></p> <p>Dee Set are retail experts with over 15 years of experience supporting brands to be better, faster and more cost-effective in retail.
