Had the pleasure of Nick the sales rep helping me with a viewing for a 911. Hes very passionate and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and organised a test drive for me. Kept in touch with me over the week with no sales pressure whilst I decided on the car. I've bought a car from them in the past at their sister garage. Would recommend them if looking for a high end car.

Visited after seeing a 2022 Range Rover Sport advertised at a competitive price. The sales person (Raheel) was great and had good product knowledge. My 2018 RRS was part exchanged at a fair price and picked up a week later after I arranged to have the car Ceramic coated by them, which was also a great job. Since then, I have been back for an MOT arranged by Natalie, who was very efficient and pleasant. Everyone you meet at Alexanders from reception, sales, or service is always cheerful and goes the extra mile. My service is booked for May now as I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The best car dealer I've dealt with.

I have always admired Alexander’s Prestige showroom and the quality of vehicles they sell, then last September I decided to purchase from them. Absolutely amazing service from David, but all the staff are a pleasure to talk to. Any small issues are soon sorted by Natalie, who is an absolute credit to the team, and really deserves a mention. What an absolute joy it was dealing with David Sellwood at AP (and Ben) throughout the process of buying this car. To say that I was excited about this purchase was an understatement and David endulged me the whole way 😁 I had to wait two weeks before I could collect this, and what a laugh we had. Daily updates, pics, random car chats, just brilliant. He allowed me to fully indulge my inner child, thats for sure 🤣 On a serious note, the whole process was seamless, with great communication throughout and David keeping me right with all the admin side of things. Collections Day was spectacular. He made me and my wife feel very special, and it could not have been any better. One thing worth noting: I purchased the car without seeing it first. I was relying on the reputation of AP to ensure that the car was absolutely immaculate, and it was! Looking around the showroom at the other stock highlighted there attention to detail. A great selection of cars on-site all presented to high standards, an impressive showroom for sure! I received a warm welcome from the receptionist, sales staff were also found to be very polite. Parking on-site with easy access.
