KFC Leeds - Gotts Park Stanningley Road

Orderd £65 worth of food. Half of it didn’t arrive. Then to top it off it had black hairs in it! Rang the store to ask why and if they could send the missing items. Spoke to a lady who claimed to be the manager yet would not give her name or advice on complaints. She was extremely rude and had no customer service skills at all. Would highly recommend avoiding this kfc.

I’ve kept it factual and professional while still expressing how poor the experience was: I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. An employee named Eliza was rude and dismissive toward a customer, saying, “I have called your name now 5 times,” in an aggressive tone. When we paid for our food, she threw the change and receipt on the counter instead of handing it to us and said, “Here is your change,” continuing to act ignorant and unfriendly rather than serving customers in a kind and respectful way. On top of this, our order was completely wrong — we received a 12-piece original chicken instead of the 12 mini fillets we ordered. Between the rude service, lack of basic customer courtesy, and incorrect order, it was an overall horrible dining experience. I expect much better customer service and attention to detail from KFC.

Take Away orders - ALWAYS WRONG!!! Despite you confirming and reconfirming what you ordered. Staff stood around talking, and not focused on their job of getting people's food orders correct. Pay for boneless, got random variety. Not happy. Again.

Order 10 hot wing box meal and received 3 boneless 2 legs 1 hot wing in a box what a joke they won’t even do nothing to correct there own mistakes.

Rubbish in the doorway as you enter. Not really safe. Surely this is a priority. Why is it left half done.
