Had an old gas heater that needed capped and removed. Joe was quick to respond, came out and did the work quickly and cleanly. He was super polite and friendly, explained what he'd done without being patronising! I'll definitely be back in touch when I have more jobs ready.
Phone call to Gildersome gas on bank holiday weekend due to boiler leaking, came round on the Monday and sorted the problem and also serviced the boiler. Would highly recommend, thanks Joe really appreciate the quick response.
Complete new bathroom fitted, bath, shower, toilet, furniture and tiling, all the work carried to perfection by Mathew and Andy, and I have to say they were a pleasure to have around the house We had an issue with the radiator (faulty) Joe came round at 9.30pm the same day to sort the leak out, customer service going above an beyond Would we recommend Joe and his team, absolutely
I contacted Joe on Boxing Day. As my Boiler went off on Xmas Day, after a brief conversation about what I needed he said he could come and complete a new installation on the 29th. Joe and his team were on time, they worked quickly and cleanly, leaving me with a brand new Condensing Boiler a bit bigger than I need to future proof renovations at a really competitive price. I’ve already contacted him to book in my annual service. Brilliant service and would 100% recommend.
Had a leaking boiler making strange noises, I rang Joe he was out in a couple of hours, made the boiler safe back the next morning to repair, polite friendly left everything tidy. Also a reasonable price for repair. Definitely recommend & will use again 😁
