Been really happy with surgery since joining, app and online is easy to use, ive never had issue trying to get appointment and they have promptly referred me when its been needed. Drs and nurses ive seen i have been brilliant, polite and attentive. Most of the reception staff are helpful and cheerful, but unfornately a couple of the reception team can be abit rude and unhelpful however this isnt exclusive tothis surgery ive had same exprience at other drs. But at same time do realise they deal with alot of awkward situtions and inpatient people however its position they have and therefore should be polite and nice to everyone. But overall no complaints about service and care given here.
Absolutely diabolical.... Gp's seem ok ( if you can get to see one) but the phone staff/ receptionist are awful 3 weeks ago my wife spent the night in A&E, they treated her and sent her home with a week's worth of meds and told her to ring GP to get more ( another 2weeks) hospital sent them a message to expect me and what I needed..... She's had to ring every morning at 8am only to be told nothing available and won't make a booking for a future appointment.... She has had no meds for over a week and getting worse medically.... Can't even get a phone consultation yet they have it all on record. I thought all the GP practis s were given money to do away with these unworkable 8am phonecalls, I wonder who's back pocket this landed in..... This practise should be closed down👎
Absolutely appalled by the conduct of this surgery. Despite being provided with a High Court Non-Molestation Order (NMO) for a high-risk domestic abuse victim, this practice failed to include these critical details in a MARAC safeguarding referral. Worse still, when challenged on this life-threatening discrepancy—which has been documented by West Yorkshire Police as a failure on the GP's part—the surgery chose to 'remove' the victim from their patient list rather than address the error. This is a clear case of Retaliatory Removal and a breach of the NHS Constitution. A formal investigation is now underway with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) regarding clinical negligence and data integrity (Ref: PC2511-032). If you are a vulnerable patient relying on this practice for safeguarding, be warned: they would rather protect their own reputation than follow a High Court Order. Legal action for damages (£350k+) is in progress. If -5 stars was an option, it would be a compliment to Dr Wilson and the corruption ongoing behind there doors.
This place is a sad joke. I’ve been trying to book a non-urgent appointment for four days now, but they keep telling me to call every morning at exactly 8:00:00. If you call at 8:00:02, you’re already 30th in the queue, and after an hour of listening to hold music, you’re told there are no appointments left for the day, but I don't need it this day! They refuse to book you in advance, even though your case isn’t urgent, and just tell you to call again tomorrow clogging the phone lines for people who actually need emergency appointments and leaving everyone else without help and to make things even more ridiculous, the online booking system doesn’t even have a category for my issue, but somehow, when you book online for anything else, there are always appointments available. What a disgrace!
GPs have been good in my experience, but the reception is disgusting. Zero phone manners, zero sympathy, terrible attitude. I'm sure there are other people who would actually appreciate the job. Get rid of them and hire someone with a better attitude.
