Disgusting place, full of dog crap everywhere. Dog owners there should be ashamed as it ruins the place. Avoid if you have kids.
so it’s a decent sized car park but tbh the phrase ‘car park’ is rather generous. it’s just dirt leading onto the path in yearsley woods. be warned though when we were there a car was stuck in the mud so had to get a recovery vehicle so bear in mind for wet weather there aren’t any designated spots or tarmac and you will have to do a three point turn to get out that being said it’s a good location for the start of the walk and has plenty of room for cars
Great walk with kids and dogs even in the rain.. I do feel the map isn't all too clear and there is a lack of signposts. Will definitely go to explore again 😄 didn't notice any bins around heads up for dog walkers ☺️
