Lockside

Cracking site a short walk from the city centre. The facilities are minimal but clean and efficient. Dogs are to be walked off site, not a problem. There are plenty of options. The site can get busy with rallies, but there's ample space for all forms of camping and caravaning.

A small, easy-going campsite - great price per pitch. EHU on meter & seems quite expensive, toilet & shower a bit of a let down; but great easy walk into Ripon Cathedral & city centre and also along the canal towpath. We'll definitely return.

Lovely site right next to the canal. It's close to Ripon which is about 15 minutes pleasant walk along the canal towpath. It's close to the river Ouse which has a footpath alongside, taking you to the top end of the town. Quite a bit of the site is sloping so I would recommend taking ramps with you. There is also a bus stop along this route which is about a 5 minute walk. A little traffic can be heard here but is certainly not disruptive.

Great little site next to the canal. Quite cheap, we was only camping 🏕️ for one night on a Cycling trip. Shower 50p for 3.5 mins which was quite 🔥 once it got going. The owner Carol is very nice 🙂👍. Definitely book in again if where this way on .

Lovely site in walking distance to city centre. It's a 5 van site but we come to the rallies which are held regularly. There are basic toilets and shower should you wish to use. Site is next to the canal and racecourse.
