Hi I just wanted to let you know I was looked after by Jenny today Thursday a week ago I struggled to find what I wanted but was given choices that I hadn’t considered amazing service

Went in for a soap and glory set that was out of stock, a really helpful assistant, checked online stock for me, and ordered it to collect from store it should arrive on Thursday for collection what better service could you ask for. Good selection of Christmas gift packs to choose from. I also left with 2 other gift packs.

Went in to see the pharmacist without any appointment about a minor complaint. Had to wait a few minutes because she was checking some prescriptions. Very nice lady saw me in a consulting room. I didn't feel at all rushed, and she spent time examining me and suggesting treatment etc. Much easier than trying to see anyone at the GP surgery.

This is the second time that we have gone into this store and on both occasions the same assistant, a middle aged woman with long blonde hair has served us and has been rude both times. She was talking to another assistant all the way through serving us, did not give us eye contact or greet us and just continued with her conversation throughout. Then once we'd paid she said "there yah" and pushed the receipt across the counter. No please, no thank you or any other show of basic customer care skills. Obviously her gossipy conversation with her colleague, was far more important than serving a customer properly! She is a very unpleasant and unprofessional person, who shouldn't really be doing the job she does. I don't normally do bad reviews, but on this occasion I felt her behaviour warranted it. We'll stick to ordering what we need online in future and stay well away from that shop.

My husband forgot his meds Sunday 14th June, went through 111 service, walked into Boots, asked what he needed, 20 mins later all sorted. Very understanding, very helpful and 2 very happy customers. Thankyou Boots at Brid.
