First time we had used this firm for our boiler service as our previous one seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Found a couple of defects which had obviously been missed over a couple of years which they fixed. Price for service was reasonable. Will definitely book them next year.
The service we received from DEM was excellent: efficient and professional. They turned up very promptly, left no mess - just got the job done. We had our boiler and heating fixed and serviced. No dramas, just a thoroughly good job. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
An unexpected unseasonal cold spell in Bridlington caused our static caravan combi to freeze and burst.Heating engineer Dave attended my call out within 4 hours and temporarily reconnected the central heating part of system. New Vaillant parts were ordered and installed the following week. Dave's quick service prompts me to give this recommendation, it is a pleasure to deal with this professional business. The call out and repair charges were very reasonable. Thank you for your 5 star service.
I have used this company for a few years for my annual boiler service and always found David professional and honest. I recently had a new boiler fitted by Lee and I can’t fault anything. The team are conscientious, considerate and professional, but most importantly excel at their job, which today is getting harder to find! I would highly recommend GEM.
Came out to my emergency and resolved issue with mains water tap 8.30 pm Friday night. What a star. No work necessary but supported me to solve issue and said 'no charge'. Would highly recommend, local and prompt.
