Howdens came out to measure for our new Kitchen great service Courtney was great very Polite and explained eveything to us from measuring to explaining on the day to view the photos she is a Credit to your team Once again Courtney smashed it again we had an appointment to see her and finalise our kitchen she has done a really great job again really professional polite and a total credit to your team
The staff there, particularly the older woman is rude with no manners and doesnt want to help customers. Skip this one and try another branch.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Laura and Tony. I received great service and went the extra mile in delivering my oven that day. We have a holiday let so needed it urgently and they were super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Because of this first class service, going forward Howden's will definitely be my first port of call Thank you
Good service. Consultant came out to plan our kitchen, and then we went to see a digital video of the proposed plan. We were able to change some items.
Very helpful when ordered new ceramic tap replacement. However, replacement spindles have different splines, therefore tap caps would not fit. New caps now been on order 12 days and counting, rather than the couple of days promised. Of course, covid is to blame!!!!! Latest:- Big delay trying to get new caps, so asked if they could order the original ceramic taps. I even went on line and found the part number for them. However, to cut a long story short, I ordered them myself, delivered within 2 days. Howdens refunded my money.
