Car failed the MOT on a cut in one of the Tyres, they tried to charge me £135 for a new tyre i refused and took it to national tyres and got the same tyre for £80. i took it back within 24 hours for the re-test and they passed it. On the way out they asked me for £27.50 for the retest. I told them i do not have to pay as it was returned within 24 hour as per .GOV Website, they told me this is there policy, so i paid it and left after an argument with the staff who had no idea of the pricing or the rules. I got home and got onto the .GOV website and printed off the document and sent a link to Kwik fit head office with a letter of complaint. They then refunded me the £27.50. How many other 1000's of customers have they tried to rip off. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.. I have already completed your form? it just goes to show you all haven't a clue what you are doing! and could run a bath between you.

Fabulous service! Turned up on a Sunday needing a new tyre as an emergency - they did a speedy tyre check on all of them and then fitted 2 new tyres in around half an hour for a more than reasonable cost. Super happy with the service (especially on a Sunday) and 100% will use again.
